Our mission is to welcome those who enter into IRM with a smile. Direct them with the Love that God gives to us. To give them such a warm greeting that they would want to make IRM their home. And, for those who have already made IRM their home, to feel welcomed each time they enter. We want to serve others with the same love and kindness that Jesus serves us.
